Dr. Jeffrey Rosenthal

Dr. Jeff Rosenthal is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie and their two sons Matt and Adam.  In his free time, Dr. Rosenthal enjoys traveling as well as a constant interest in Cleveland area sports teams.  His practice is focused on a high level of customer service while recognizing the value in Dentistry that he passes on to his patients.  Should you ever have any concerns he is readily available and can always be reached at smileo@msn.com.

Dr. Leena Bhatia

Dr. Leena Bhatia’s mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, compassionate and comfortable. Dr. Bhatia is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow her to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used. In her free time, Dr.Bhatia enjoys traveling, hiking, music, yoga and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Pierre Duncan

Pierre grew up in London, UK with a French mother and an American father, which set the tone for his bi-cultural upbringing. It was here, going to get fitted for braces, that he decided he wanted to be a dentist: the technicality of the work fused with human connection felt like the perfect job. After graduating from high school, he decided to reconnect with his American heritage and studied biochemistry at Wake Forest University.

Taking a gap year, he used this time to travel – south America, Nepal, Europe, and Canada – enjoying the landscapes, meeting new people and sharing these experiences with his family and friends. He has since settled in Cleveland with his fiancée Candice and their cat Leo.

Pierre is excited to get working and meet patients. Naturally empathetic and caring, what he loves most is giving his patients their smile back. He is keen on seeing where technological advancement will take dentistry, creating a safe space for patients and counseling them in the best way possible.

Dr. Andrew A Forde

Dr. Forde received his Dental Degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a Navy Veteran and former Associate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina Dental School. For over forty years Dr. Forde has practiced in North Olmsted, Ohio. He enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Jeff Gudowicz

Dr. Jeff Gudowicz grew up in Mentor, OH and decided he wanted to be a dentist while he was in middle school due to the unique combination of art and science of the field. He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate education and Dental School. After dental school, Dr. Jeff completed a general practice residency with St. Vincent/Cleveland Dental Institute.

Dr. Jeff likes to spend time with his fiancée Sarah and their cat Benny. In his free time he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and having a nice meal.

Dr. Zachary Haley

Dr. Zachary Haley received his bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and his DMD degree from the Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine. He enjoys spending time with friends and family. Dr. Haley enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and watching sports.
